RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Unworn / unused items can be exchanged for another product within the first 30 days after purchase.
- Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
- IN MOST CASES - sale & clearance products CANNOT be returned. Sales are final.
RETURN POLICY
- We offer a 30-day return policy on most products as long as they are in new/unused condition.
- IN MOST CASES - sale & clearance products CANNOT be returned. Sales are final.
- Products must be in the original packaging/boxing.
- Simply bring the products to the rink, during regular business hours. *For the quickest service please email the rink PRIOR to arrival so we may suggest a slower session time to visit during.
- You may also ship the product to the rink. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Your original payment method, minus shipping costs & used admission passes (if applicable), will be refunded after the product has been inspected by a High Roller manager.
- All admission rebate passes must be returned prior to receiving refund. The value of any used admission passes will be deducted from the price.
- IF PRODUCTS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN WORN - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE COMPLETED.

- We are not as fast as Amazon! Yep, we are all spoiled by Amazon, but we are a small 2 man operation. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking numbers.
